    please help, i successfull set up Microsoft exchange for my email (BB Z10) but the problem is after i delete the incoming email, i cannot clear up the trash folder which deleted email goes in. sorry for my poor english. thanks for any help.

    Have you mapped that folder for synchronization? If so, go into your HUB, then to the blue bar at the top, tap the down arrow, expand to view your folders. Select Deleted Items, hit the right side menu key, purge deleted items. This should clear it up for you.
