After buying an app from BlackBerry App World the app won't start up on my BB9900. I contacted the app developer and haven't heard back for almost a month. Is there a way to report this app to RIM as being non-functional / dead? I looked all over blackberry.com but couldn't find a way to contact the app world team. I emailed the generic [email protected] account and I got an auto-response saying the email was not delivered because it wasn't an "approved channel for reporting issue". I'm out of ideas and as a last resort I thought I'd ask here...

Just thinking, it is possible that an app may have been categorically changed in app world to "For BB9900 and up" meaning that the server would make it show up in your app world, so that when you try to download it thinking it's all well, it won't work, becasue your OS version may not support it. Either that or it's one of those shoddy third-party unkown-developer apps.
