    I want to actually talk to a real life person from RIM and problems with AppWorld. Does anyone have a phone number for support problems? I tried looking on RIM's website but it wasn't much help...

    If you call Verizon tech help and ask them to connect you to Blackberry they will and you can go from there.

    And that is the only way. Otherwise it'll cost you $49.99 to talk to them if you call them directly.
