If you just turn it off using the end call / power key it doesn't fully shut down. That's the equivalent of putting windows into sleep mode. When you pull the battery it does actually re-boot, when you use the end call/power key it "wakes up".
There's the difference.

I'm confused, you want it to load up slowly?: Being fast is a good thing if you ask me lol
As said previously, that just puts it into sleep mode, and turns off all functions. It isn't off completely, as it is draining battery (very little).
A full boot up takes a while on a lot of models actually.
That's not what she said. (just had to)
I've never actually powered my phone down. I like seeing lengthy uptimes until I'm required to do battery pull :s
Damn those BBs for booting up so quickly. Damn them to ****!
:D
*blink, blink*
"H E L L" is a censored word? Wow, harsh.
i wish mine would boot up quick hahaha
I never said it was a bad thing. So can people still track you if you use the end call key? Its someone on a post mentioned they still charge you if its off/ sleep mode.
