if youre looking for daily, you'll need an app
if youre looking for monthly, you r carrier can give you that.
if youre looking for total, no clue

also are you looking for data used on BIS/BES or Wifi?

Only BIS and thanks for the help. I just thought there was a way to see In the options menu

I use Telicost and it works great.
