    Hello guys.
    i have big problems with my q10. reboots after loading,and i can not fix this. i try to install new OS ,but same... so in my case i made backup one day before, so i decided to buy Keyone. i bought. now i want to recover my backup data of q10 to new key one. how can i do this?

    Today i bought another q10 (used) to recover my q10 backup on it,then transfer all data (especially contacts) to my new Key One, but Blackberry link doest allow me to recover my previous q10 data to new q10... so how can i solve my problmes guy?

    No way other than by transferring the data to another BB10 powered device.... no way to access the backup.

    Try to make sure the "new" Q10 is running the same version of BB10 as the old one.
    Try doing a device switch using the old backup file.
    Try doing a limited restore of just some data.
