Hello there everyone i bought the blackberry passport yesterday and i wanted to transfer my android backedup contacts.spb to my blackberry but i cant so if you know how please help!

The easiest (but not easy) way to get your Android contacts onto your BlackBerry is to set up your Google account to sync your contacts FROM your Android device to your Google account, and then when you set up your BlackBerry, you add your google account (as an "email account") to your BlackBerry, and it should bring all the contacts and calendar entries etc. from the Google Contacts.

Go to www.gmail.com first, and access your contacts there to see what's in your Google Contacts list, and maybe you want to 1) sync from your handheld to your Google Account, then, 2) examine them online, clean them up in the browser-based Google Contacts interface, then 3) add the account to your BlackBerry and watch as all the contacts show up on your device.
