    I find that I am missing calls because the volume gets reduced to nothing when I am putting in the case or my pocket.

    Depending what phone you have, in settings there should be a toggle to turn off adjust volume with the buttons,

    One of the biggest annoyances I have with the Z30 when listening to music over Bluetooth.

    This happened to me too, what's more annoying, I answered the call and I can't hear sh!t over the phone, you'd think it would be a signal problem, but it's actually the volume...
    Why can't BlackBerry do something right for once? Even the sms in the hub occasionally flashes like crazy.
