    When I enter my password on my blackberry I get a 'please wait' message with a cog wheel. The problem is this does not change. So far I have left it for 36 hours but 'please wait' never changes! This means I cannot use the phone. Any ideas? Andy

    have you rebooted your phone in the meantime? If so, id suggest a reload of the OS.
