    I did a software update 3 months ago ever since my call log gets stored for only one week ,how can I retrieve it again ,or extend call log to for ever??

    Prior to 10.3.2 BlackBerry messed around a bit with the call logs and it was pegged at 150 calls for a while. 10.3.2 stores more, so if you are not yet on that version then consider upgrading.
    Alternatively, download a call log extender app from BBW.
