Ive read through the CB 101 but it seems outdated as when i access the wap forums there is no link to download the CB launcher as shown in the 101.

I believe that is a free download in AppWorld. Mine is old enough I no longer remember its source.

Here you go - follow these instructions (go to the link below on your BB):

Once you've gone to http://m.crackberry.com and downloaded the CrackBerry launcher, you can go into options and choose where you'll be launched and change the color of the icon. It will be under Other Options:
    Install m.CrackBerry.com BB Launcher
    . Then:

    Options
    CrackBerry Launcher

Choose: WAP Index or WAP Forums
    Choose: Color of icon

This worked for me. You will see 'Crackberry Launcher' on the menu.

Rachel0179 provided me with this info:

Try using m.crackberry.com to download the changeable one..the one that allows you to change the colour of the CB icon

crackberry.com doesnt give you the changeable one, from what I remember

I've looked, and looked, and looked some more but I can't find out where to go to change the color of the CB launcher. Where do I go again?

Go to options>crackberry launcher, over on the far right you will see a drop down box with colors. Change it to what color you want and it's done. Don't forget to save...
