Hey devs, what would be the procedure to get old cartoon characters as sticker packs in BBM? Like all the old ones (galaxy rangers, looney toons, duck tales, charlie brown, Archie, abbot and castello, snoopy, popeye, pokemon, powerpuff girls, dexters lab, samurai pizza cats, totoro, tom&jerry )

My gf keeps asking about those type of cute ones like on line. Are some of those going to make its way to BBM?

I would like to know how you submit icons for sticker sets. And I wonder what kind of royalty you need to pay to use copyrighted images??
