    I can open up messages but I can't reply to them. Nor can I delete them. I can mark the boxes to delete but when I click on the delete icon nothing happens. Someone out there please let me know how I can fix this?

    Try a battery pull.

    See if it does the trick, else, considering removing the account, rebooting the device and adding it back.

    There is an inherent problem with Exchange ActiveSync 2013 that will now not allow "forever" sync but only 30 days. If you have it set for forever, this type of stuff now happens.

    You should try a reboot or hard reboot before a battery pull

    Not on legacy devices. but definitely on BB10. BB10 doesn't like pulls.
