    I'm not sure how BBM video and voice works. I thought it worked the same way that face time did where the BlackBerry servers negotiates the connection then the devices talk directly. This might be bad news for many.

    BBM voice is great. But I have noticed that calling my bro over 3G from Japan, after about 5 to 10 minutes I start getting like a 15+ second delay. I haven't been able to determine what causes it yet. But it's quite annoying.
