my wife uninstalled Norton 360, but in doing so, she lost all her passwords that were apparently stored. so i suggested that she do a system restore to say this morning when things were working. She did that, but now she can't connect to our home wireless network. We both are running Vista. My computer connects fine, as does my BB using WiFi, but her computer (which is the same as mine) doesn't seem to detect the modem.
anyone know what may have gone wrong with either 1) removing Norton 360, or 2) doing the system restore?
I've gone through the whole reset the modem, tried to reset up the network, etc, and nothing seems to work. all other computers in the house can access the wireless network, just not hers..
