    I just inserted microSIM card and turned ON mobile and after loading blackberry stuck on loading logo.

    What to do???

    Z10 worked perfectly without microSIM... (microSIM is fine, it worked on previous phone).

    Had this problem one time.
    I turned off the phone and waited for a few minutes. Then turned it back on and it worked.

    Don't work.. still stuck on logo.

    Fixed with pulling microSIM card a little bit back
