    hello i have a blackberry 8130, and im trying to setup wifi on it, it says it has 5 bars and when i try to go on the internet it says "unable to connect" can anyone help? thanks

    Your profile indicates you have an 8130, which is not compatable with T-Mobile and does not support Wifi.

    If will assume you actually have an 8120, the Wifi enabled model.

    When you get a connection failure, Connections / Wifi Options. Menu Wifi Diagnostics will have an error message that should explain why it failed.
