My phone just got stolen and after i tried locating it using blackberry protect..My phone number was always shown under my PIN Number but now my phone number disappeared and it shows Unknown Number.

Please Help me !

Is it possible that the thieves removed the SIM, or tried putting a new one in?

that’s what i think also, but i had some doubts since when i first purchased my Z10 it asked me to enter my phone number, that’s why i thought that maybe it’s not related to the SIM but to the device!!
What do you think guys ??

If nothing else, use BlackBerry Protect to add a message to the lock screen saying that the device has been stolen and that the theft has been reported. Do you get a GPS location or anything? You should also try using the alarm to have it turn volume to the highest setting and bleat alarms every so often.

i�m thinking about buying a Z30 or something like it.
