Please bear with me... I searched for a solution to my particular problem and couldn't find it.
I lost all my contact info and tried to restore it only to find it grayed out on my desktop. I searched the Net and found that I needed to turn off wireless synch for restoration to be possible.
The problem is that I had already erased the email accounts to which my wireless synch was tied. I added them again and was unable to turn it off because there is no option to. The button which should serve that purpose is greyed out and says "Not available".
