I have one contact who I can't send a text to. When I try to write a new text or snd a forward to him I get an error 96 message. Funny thing is when he sends me one I get it also when I answer his texts they go through. The thing is I can send texts to other people with no problems. Not sure what is happening when I try to send him messages.


Any ideas on how I might be able to fix this? Im hoping to not have to go to the provider to fix this.

It's a service connection issue, unfortunately I don't know much more than that. You may have to call your carrier and ask about it.
