I've uninstalled the IT Policy from my blackberry and I'm trying to sync the 100's of contacts on my device to Outlook on my home PC.
In the "Synchronize Using" field it says "Unknown" for all those contacts that were associated with my work "desktop" (since the work/IT service books are now gone). I tried to change that field to "Desktop" so the blackberry would sync with my home PC using Desktop Manager (there are about 20 contacts on the blackberry that have the "Synchronize Using: Desktop" and they all did copy to my home PC's Outlook). I cannot figure out how to do it.
Does anyone know how to synchronize these "Unknown" contacts (whether by doing something to the blackberry or Desktop Manager) back into my home PC's Outlook?
