    Have a Z10 stl 100-4 on Verizon. When trying to load 10.2.0.424 on my phone gives me error message 10.2 not allowed on this device

    "on your phone"? Not sure I get what you mean.

    Use Sachesi to find the OS you want (for the STL-100-4) from any other Carrier than yours, then put the device in developer mode, plug to the PC and drag/drop the files into the area that shows the files in the device, in the Install tab.
