    Hey, I have had this issue for quite awhile and finally feel like fixing it. When I moved all my data from my curve to my storm all of my email addresses moved over to my phone. Now I want to add a new email address but I cannot seem to log into my Verizon blackberry email setup wizard. When I enter my username on my phone and hit forgot password it says it sends the password to my phone. When I try to make a new name it says a username is already associated with my pin. And when I try to get my info online using my pin, I never get a message from RIM.

    Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?

    It sounds like your BIS account is still associated with your old device. Easy fix.

    Go here
    , log in.
    On the left side menu, click "Change Device"
    Enter your new phone's details, and save.
    Do a battery pull on the phone, and it should automatically register on the network (you should get an confirmation e-mail)
