    I cant delete the avatar. It says use a picture at least 500px x 500px but that just made a big blob. I've tried tons of sizes and would just like to go back to the cb avatar - but no option to delete - or at least when I do delete it doesn't delete.....

    Oh whoa, I see it too on your crackberry avatar. I wonder what's going on?

    You should be able to change your profile picture by going here: http://forums.crackberry.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

    If the link doesn't work, please try clicking settings and then general settings, as seen in the picture here.

    I reset your avatar to default. You can try uploading another image if you like.

    Hi Michelle
    I've just noticed after seeing this thread that yes, the profile picture is different from the avatar. When I updated my avatar a while ago, my profile pic remained the same. And I can't see where to change it either.

    When I go to "edit profile picture" it takes me to the manage account page, where I can edit my avatar.

    Not really an issue -- just very curious.
