I got an email from CB saying that I have a new message, but when I tried to retrieve it the link would just bring me to the site and ask me to login-I would login but then the link that said "messages" would send me back to the login screen.......question is are you able to actually get to your messages from the CB app? I even tried signing directly into the site and that didnt work either~

Very good question. I've never tried to read PM that way. Hopefully someone comes along soon with an answer.

Maybe try clearing your cookies and log in from the pc to check your PM.

I can check it from my laptop no problem, but I was out ~ its not a big deal that I couldnt respond right away but I just thought it was something i would be able to do since I could post on the site but cant check them...seems kind of silly for CB to send you an email that says "check it here" when you cant check it ya know?

how did you get to it?
I scrolled down and it gave me the link for it but then it asked me to login....when I did it brought me to the site (not the WAP site) but I couldnt find the link~basically I went around in circles

I just did this....scrolled almost all the way to the bottom-clicked the "new Private message" and then when the page loads...nothing but it asks me to login

That might be your problem, you do have to log in to the WAP forum, just like you do with the http forum.

Chaz that screen shot doesnt look like mine when I get in ~ does that mean anything or are they all different?
Mine is just a list of links...yours looks like its easier to navigate

Then by clicking the "New CrackBerry Forums" link, it goes to the other screen I posted.

hmm maybe i dont have a specific setting checked off for it...thats the only other thing I can think of if thats the case. Im on 4.3
