Hi. I am switching between an 9810 and a 9900. I own both and have Protect on both (different IDs and Protects on each). I backed both up using desktop, then did a device switch from the 9810 to the 9900. Now both are locked and don't recognize my BB IDs. I can log in to both accounts on my laptop, so I know the IDs and passwords are correct. I archived both devices, but that did not help. Any suggestions?

    THANKS

Sounds like a wipe is in order.

If you swapping from one to the other, then you don't need to separate BBIDs as the ID on the old BlackBerry will become the ID on the new BlackBerry. You say you backed both up, the restored the older devices back up on to the new one. Don't think you can do that as they both have separate IDs. I would suggest wiping the new BlackBerry. The plugging the old one in DTM and selecting switch, then plug the new one in when it says. Use your older BBID on the new phone.
