    Fine. Make sure you check off BB Attachment Service and BB
    Messenger. Then any other applications you wish to use. You have
    to decide that as I don't know what you use.

    apps on your phone as well as all the core apps for the BlackBerry

    Close everything and then

    Delete vendor.xml file. It's located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

    After that try again

    Close everything and then

    Delete vendor.xml file. It's located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

    After that try again
