I recently found out that I have a 'nuked' BlackBerry. I have followed the instructions and I was successful......... for about 10 minutes. There appears to be other problems. The power cuts out all the time and the white screen comes up sayin writeread error. I have a BlackBerry Storm 2 9520.

I done went through the all the steps for a nuked blacberry again it worked for about 10 minutes again. This time i think its wiped everything. Only the phone that cuts out. Could there possibly be a power problem. Like the battery?

BBSAK is Blackberry Swiss Army Knife - Blackberry Utility Program which you can wipe a device, load a new OS, etc.

When you used app loader did you plug it in continued with UNKNOWN PIN ??

I plugged it in, the pin came up and i clicked next. I done as the instrctions and the video said. :S
