    When I click on my BB browser it says that there are no browser configuration service books found on my phone... But that can't be true. In my service books list it says I do. I am also able to use my BB messenger, yahoo mobile, opera mini. Idk what's going on! I run a diagnostics test and everything shows up fine. Help please!

    Log into your BIS site and resend the service books.

    Log in to your BIS site here:

    https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

    And click on the link that says Send Service Books.

    Ok. Now I ran into another problem. I go to create a new account. I made one last year and I don't remember the user name or password. I request the password and when it sends it to my pin, it says that no user name or password exists. What do I do now?
