I was smart enough to put movies on my storm but not my curve.

I made sure encryption mode was (none)
I am using DVD converter to mp4. and using media manager. I try to play
my movie and I keep getting an error has occurred attempting to play media

If you already converted the movies to the proper format, you don't need to go through media manager to get it onto your device. Just use mass storage mode to move it to the video folder either on your device or your media card.

Thanks for the info. I still get the same message. I like to think I know what I am doing but I am still not getting it.

Something must be wrong with the file. I always use .3gp files for movies on my 8330.

Just wanted to give an update. I finally got it. The format was *.mp4 I had several programs that would convert. The only one that would do it correct was (Any video converter) and free. Thanks for the help.
