In Device Monitor, under the Memory tab, where the process are shown with their usage. If you click on a process name you can see that process history of usage - Battery, CPU, Memory, Mobile, Wi-Fi. By looking at that usage along with remembering what you might have been doing you can see what really pushes the usage up.
Now if it is constant at 430MB....
1) Reboot.
2) Kill any background apps - headless apps
3) Turn off things like Location Services
4) Turn off radios - see how that affects usage.
5) I would then look at different Accounts and if usage is still up there - look at deleting them one at a time
6) If usage is still high, I'd re-install the OS if I were worried about it. Memory usage doesn't bother me as long is it isn't affecting operation.... now if there is a process draining the battery down....
