    I think someone stole my phone, my beloved 8100.

    Ive been with Tmo for about 4 or 5 years under this name, but under a different [first] name on the contract, Ive been with them since the 90's (voicestream). Do you think there is anything i can do?? Can they help me get a new one or something???

    I dont know the pin, is there a way for tmo to somehow wipe it without the pin???? OMg i feel like death..

    Did you have a password on the BB? If so it will wipe itself when the thief tries the wrong password 10 times.

    As for a replacement, you are probably eligible for an upgrade. Time for a Pearl Flip, or 8900 maybe? Probably won't cost you too much.
