    My z10 is having an issue making calls, when I go to Internet to look up a phone number and hit call, it says napst from, gives me a unhappy face and says call can't be completed as dialed. And phone has been messed up all day!!

    Have you tried making a call directly? That clicking on the phone icon, clicking on Dial Pad, and then typing out the numbers? Does that work?


    Have you tried restarting your phone?

    Yes. But I think I have a virus! When I'm on the Internet it has been changing pages by it self, I'm getting napst form with a unhappy face, and so on.

    Try a hard reset (hold down the volume buttons untill it restarts).
    Clean the screen and proximity sensor.
    If that is not working reload the os before you smash that Z10

    Did you get it wet at all?

    I've had it seem erratic because of water droplets.

    Alternatively hard-reset using volume up+down

    Ok, still didn't work, time for a new phone. Can anyone suggest a good phone? This is my work line, so have no choice but to get a new one. P.s. Don't think I will get another BlackBerry.
