I've tried filtering out certain email address that I don't want coming through my Tour, yet I still get them. I've filtered the address using my desktop Gmail to direct the address to my delete inbox so I never really see it. How do I do the same on the BB?

Log into your BIS account (e-mail setup wizard). You can then set up filters to block out e-mail addresses, words in subjects, and so on. I suggest not using the "New Message" filter option as that will block out all e-mails.
