I got a refurbsih bold cos my orginal was giving me problems. But my gps on this one is super off. Sometimes it won't catch signal and my other one was snappy. Is there anyway I can atleast get it up to other ones level9 ahhh I should of never tried getting a replcaement bold

Menu - options - advanced options - GPS

Set 'Location' to ON and 'Location Aiding' to ENABLED

If the above doesn't help/fix your issue, you may have no choice but to go back and get another refurbished 9000. Yea, I feel your pain. Not with the Bold's (Mine's been rock-solid), but with other things in life where you second guess if you did the right thing. Hang in there and if you swap again, try everything you can think of before leaving the store.

i tried that. its still off i hate going to that device support store they make me feel like crap. saying "oh you been here so many times" blah
