Hi

I rencetly change my BB 8520 for a 9700, everything is really great with this device, but i have a little really annoying problem, with the 8520 all the emails i read on my BB were mark as read on email, but not anymore with the 9700, they all stay as unread.

I receive about 40-50 emails, daily and is a PITA when i get to my competur and found all those emails unread.

What can i do to get this feature back, i'm using BIS.

Have you tried the standard "Resend Services Books"? Also, since you are using BIS this is a non-corporate email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)?

I don't know what it is, i'll do a search about, and the account is hotmail.

I found the solution, i went to BIS from my phone browser and authorize a protocol from microsoft, this did the trick.
