Hello Everyone,

Well I just switched my phone from a Curve to a bold. I am trying to get my yahoo mail on my Bold. It shows my email account in the setup area but it won't activate my emails on the phone. I tried sending the service books but that didnt help either. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Did you use the Device Switch wizard in Desktop Manager? Or at the very least, a Backup on your Curve then a Restore on the Bold?

Also, you can sign-in to your BIS acct and change the PIN associated with your email accts:

you may have to change the pin out on the bis site or..

remove your email from bis and add it back...
