I've tried several different bluetooth ear pieces (Motorola, Jawbone, Samsung WEP301, and the stereo piece that came with the BB) and nothing seems to be reliable for my BB 8330. Even the stereo head set that came with the BB doesn't work well. Here's the problem...I can hear others just fine, but I keep breaking up on their end. It doesn't matter if I'm talking to someone on another cell phone or a land line. They say several of my words are cut out. I'm about ready to get rid of my BB. I need to have hands free talking. I love my BB but if I can't find a reliable ear piece (cord or wireless) this will be a deal breaker for me. I'd love to have suggestions or better yet solutions to my ear piece problem.

I'm presently using a Blueant V1. One problem is that there are several flavors of Bluetooth, and some devices won't work with some earpieces. I found that some Plantronics models weren't compatible with my 8830. Plantronics at least has a compatibility guide on their website.

Thanks, I checked on Plantronics web site and found out that the Voyager 520 is compatible with a BB 83XX Curve. I just purchased one thru ebay for $25. The 520 had great reviews. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for the response.

You can try out Jabra's headset. I personally own the JX20 Pura made by Jabra and it is absolutely amazing with my Storm!
