OK - I have a Bold running 4.6.0.266 (platform 4.0.0.223) and I have an
E-mail sync problem. My work e-mail account is on my Bold via BIS. For some reason I can delete, open, etc on my Bold and it DOES show that appropriate action on my Laptop Outlook (i.e. if I open an e-mail on the Bold, it shows open in outlook. If I delete on the Bold, it deletes on Outlook). However, what it WON'T do now (it WAS doing this before!!) is if I delete or open an e-mail in Outlook, it now will not delete or show opened off the Bold. I have deleted and reinstalled the e-mail account. I've checked the reconciliation option. I'm not a terribly technical person, but seems like if it is working one way, it should work the other!! Especially since it had been doing that. Can anybody advise??? I would really appreciate it.
