I looked at the store and saw that you could get a blackberry curve, pearl, etc. free with an instant discount but you have to get a 2 year contract. it says you can be a new or existing customer. So, If I was an existing customer and already have a contract, how does that work? Is it really free? Please help and explain this process to me.

You would need to add an additional line and sign a new two year contract on that line.
