HELP!!!! Can't sync Storm2 with Microsoft Outlook 2010

My computer crashed a week ago and the hard drive was changed out. I was sync'ing no problem with my old Outlook (was pre 2000). Couldn't locate the disc so I bought Outlook 2010.

Now I open the configure window on the sync module of BB desktop software, go through the process and when I click on finish, I get an error message: Microsoft Outlook Connector Error mini window with "no available message stores."

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

If you are trying to create a Sync with BlackBerry Desktop Manager v6, you have to shut down Outlook first, or it will fail. Once the Sync is configured, it will run fine with Outlook open.
