Recently I change my device to 9810. But when I want to login to appworld,it says
"You are attemting to use blackberry appworld with a new device pin xxxxxx."
When click yes,it syas"you have reached max number of PIN changes for this account."

    Anybody could help what happened?

Go to https://www.blackberry.com/CSOHelp/index.do?ft=generic and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.). If you don't have an "Order Number" for that field, just use anything (e.g., "123456").

    This may help as well.

If you had logged into your BB ID before you opened App world it would have changed your pin automatically. I think the warning popup refers to "manually" trying to change the account pin within Appworld. Open Options/Device/Blackberry ID and set it up.
