    AT&T BB Curve 8310 about 1 1/2 yrs old

    All of a sudden this afternoon it stopped receiving and (evidently) sending texts. From my phone, it still looks like the text is being sent, arrows in the top corner, little status bars to the left of the text when its sending and then the check mark "confirming" it was sent.
    All the other lines in my family plan can send/receive texts just fine

    Please help!

    Have you tried a battery pull? If that don't work, next I would try an HRT reset and a re Send Service books.

    I did take out the battery and put it back in.

    Whats an HRT reset? and what are send service books?

    (sorry, i'm a totally naive person at BB's)

    I thought I should mention that I don't have email or internet (I didn't before either).

    I've only texted and only have a texting package with the phone.

    Ok call ATT. The HRT & Service Books think is for data, best not to do that.

    Call them be like yo I was almost fired today cuz I was late to work because texts were not comin mannnnnnnnnn, DO I GET ACREDIT FOR THIS????
