    Hi All

    I admin our company's BES and support the Berry's owners. Two of our Belgium employees are in the US for the week. At home, they get on the EDGE network by Mobistar. Here, one can connect to EDGE via AT&T, the other only GSM via T-Mobile. I've tried manually choosing AT&T but it only gets "sos". I tried taking the battery out several times.

    I pinged an AWESOME T-Mobile field engineer who asked me to do the above as they were his only ideas. The employee contacted Mobistar who said he is properly provisioned for international data. The employee who's Berry is working, has the same model, 8320 and the same OS.

    Does anyone have any other ideas? Anything I can do so this guy can get his emails wirelessly?
