hey i currently have a blackberry 8900 and do not have a data plan, im on O2. i want to use my blackberry to go on the internet, using wifi, but wheneveri click on the browser icon, i get "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries" whenever i try register in advanced settings, i receive nothing please advise??

Set your browser to Hotspot only in the browser settings.
No data plan = no service books = no wifi browser capabilities.
K Bear has it right. You need a dataplan to use WiFi.
