How do you "lose" the sticker :/ anyway I'm pretty sure you can just go to settings and its there

You really shouldn't post your personal PIN or IMEI numbers in a public forum for security reasons.
Other members should not quote these posts as it is unnecessary for just a reply and because it makes it difficult for MODS to remove such information.
If you're looking to unlock your device all the information you would need to provide to an unlocking service will be in your "Help Me" screen.
You can access this screen by Pressing Alt->E,A,C,E (without commas) or Alt-->Rt Shift + H (all simulteously). That's how I access it.
You can check out the unlocking forums to find a company to assist you in unlocking your device for free or nominal charge.

EDIT-Sorry, I forgot to add that you should be able to get the PRD from the sticker on the original box if you have it.
