    So I had a blackberry torch and it got stolen so I went and got a blackberry bold 9700. My provider is Telus, however the phone I was able to get is with Rogers, the phone has been unlocked so everything works fine except my email.
    I had blackberry protect on my torch which saved my life because I just uploaded everything from the torch to the bold. But when I went to configure my email it said to move it, and the only email option was my own, it asked me to put in my password which I did and then a popup said everything was successful. I am still unable to receive or send emails. Does anyone know what to do?

    you need to replace the PIN in your bis acct online to the 9700's PIN. It still has the Torch's PIN associated with the account.

    Agreed, update the PIN number on your BIS account.
