I am having an issue with my voice mail notifications coming though even though my phone was on quiet. I tried to set it to phone and mute the phone and it still came through.
Any ideas??
I do have one profile that is checked to come through and its their ringer id that goes off when the voice mail notification comes but they didn't call.
It sounds to me like that one over-ride is enough to keep VM notification from taking effect. Try turning them all off and see what happens. I don't know much about this option - I think most people have theirs on or off.
