I have a blackberry curve 8330 and how do I send pics? It keeps telling me I need a messenger contact? what is that?

blackberry's come with a built in blackberry messenger. it is like an instant messenger throughout the Black berry world.
the messenger it wants you to send it to is someone on you blackberry messenger list.

i dont know about altel but sprint bb's do not come with the mms capabilities of sending pictures.
you usually have to send them to the other recipients phone email.
