I'm just curious why the "BBM team" does not have a dedicated BBMC where people can also give them feedbacks?

Makes me wonder what things or actions BlackBerry has done/taken or are doing that has left you/others speechless/baffled or shaking head in disbelief..

I recall multiple "what?!!!" moments throughout my Playbook days, on through Thor's bizarre pronouncements (generally interpreted/translated by a BB spokesperson soon after the "say what?!" reaction), and fast forward to Chen's App Neutrality "what?!" of a few days back.

I'm not interested in joining any Beta group but telling those who want give feedback to the BBM team to do so via Twitter and also not its on brand BBMC is rather puzzling. How does BlackBerry expect to grow BBMC if it isn't patronizing BBMC. Ever heard of "practice what you preach"?

Btw, do people in Beta groups get paid? Does BlackBerry give you anything for free?

hearing that the z10 would be released before the q10 (made worse by the not yet ready for prime time OS)

poor camera quality. it's still a bit of a WTF. imo it's one of the most important features of a smart phone these days.

My guess is rather simple... with Twitter they maintain an avenue of plausible deniability. As in... if they don't want to address an issue or question, they can ignore it as if they never saw it. No confirmation of delivery or reading, and they're in the clear.

I think my personal fave has to be the Alicia Keys moment though. During a typically leaden and uninspiring address from Thor, the announcement of BB's new Creative Director was a high spot of WTF'ness.

The audience's collective sharp intake of breath was almost audible. LOL

A genuine jumping the shark moment.
